Athar Diab is a wife, mother of two children, and owner of the "Athar Al-Jouri" flower display in Banha, Qalyubia Governorate. She works as an inspector in the Ministry of Antiquities. She loves plants and flowers very much, and she considers them life for her. She wanted to enter the Faculty of Agriculture, but "it didn't happen", and her dream was always to plant and teach agriculture to others, and she was able to achieve her dream seven years ago.

She opened the Athar Al-Jouri flower display in Banha. This was the beginning. Athar has a flower and plant farm, and sells her production in her exhibition, and she also designs bouquets of flowers for all occasions, from weddings, engagements, graduation parties, and others.

Reem Murad is a young Egyptian woman who describes herself as an "agricultural entrepreneur", and she is the founder and CEO of Diyar Maryam Farm and represents the next generation of agricultural businesses in Egypt.

During the lockdown period due to Corona, while managing her family farm, she faced many crises and challenges, including crises in consumption due to disruptions in the supply chain, difficulties in managing resources effectively due to the pandemic, in addition to labor difficulties, food safety and public health issues, and others, and despite that, she took a risk at the same time and launched "Diyar Maryam for the production of organic food and agricultural crops".

Through her project, Diyar Maryam, Mariam supports rural women by providing them with job opportunities in a safe environment, which positively impacts the agricultural and cultural sector in Egypt, especially in the Giza area.

Her scientific background in the field of food safety, agricultural and food biotechnology, and her postgraduate studies in business administration helped her advance "Diyar Maryam Farm" from a mere idea to a startup company with a safe and environmentally friendly environment and a source of food production that is provided daily from the farm to its customers.
